Return and Exchange Policy
At Mandara Ensemble, we strive to provide sarees that make you feel confident, graceful, and effortlessly stylish. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle exchanges and refunds.
No Returns:
We do not accept returns.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are possible only under the following conditions:
You must record a continuous video while unpacking the product as proof.
Without this video, we cannot process an exchange.
Wrong or Damaged Product:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you must inform us on the same day via:

Once verified, an exchange will be arranged.
Important:
Products must be in their original condition, unaltered and unused.
The tag, inner packing, and saree fold should remain intact.
We may request you to ship the product back to us in exceptional cases; shipping costs will be reimbursed after verification.
Domestic (India) Orders:
Refunds are only applicable if an exchange is not possible due to unavailability of the same product.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after verification of the returned product.
Cancellation Policy:
Before Shipping: You can cancel your order at no cost if it has not been processed for shipping. Contact us via WhatsApp or email.
After Shipping: Cancellations are not allowed.
Note: Slight color variations may occur due to screen calibration and lighting conditions. These are natural and part of the artisanal charm of our sarees.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside India.
